Enigmatic duo ear have little more than a 16-minute long debut album to their name — The Most Dear And The Future, released last year — yet their brand of fun glitchy indie has already won over a huge following, including Yung Lean, who they recently joined on tour. The pair, Jonah Paz and Yaelle Avtan, use dreamy vocals to tie together found sounds, strange samples, amen breaks, bass drops, punchy synths, microbeats, and chopped noises. The resulting songs veer from ambient to banger, subdued to wild, all tweaky tension and sentimental stutter.
